1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RazorCV's resume review services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

RazorCV provides professional resume review, rewriting, and optimization services. Our services include:

• Essential Review ($79): In-depth review with detailed feedback, ATS optimization, delivered within 3 business days, with 7 days of support and up to 2 revisions
• Professional Rewrite ($149): Complete resume rewrite, personalized cover letter, delivered within 3 business days, with 10 days of support and up to 3 revisions
• Premium Career Bundle ($219): All Professional Rewrite features plus LinkedIn optimization, interview tips, delivered within 3 business days, with 14 days of support and up to 4 revisions

3. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order
• Upload only your own resume or documents for which you have the legal right to use
• Not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Service
• Not share, resell, or redistribute the work we provide without our written permission
• Use the Service only for personal career advancement purposes

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required in full before we begin work on your order. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we begin work, you may be eligible for a full refund
• After Work Begins: Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of service failure or breach of these Terms
• Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within your support period. We will work with you to address concerns and make revisions as included in your plan
• No Refund for Completed Work: Once your service is completed and delivered, refunds are not available

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@razorcv.com within 48 hours of order placement.

5. Service Delivery and Turnaround

We guarantee delivery of your completed work within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday.

If we are unable to meet this deadline due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery timeline.

Delays caused by incomplete information, unclear instructions, or your unavailability for communication may extend the delivery timeline.

6. Revisions and Support

Each service plan includes a specific number of revisions and support period:

• Essential Review: Up to 2 revisions, 7 days of support
• Professional Rewrite: Up to 3 revisions, 10 days of support
• Premium Career Bundle: Up to 4 revisions, 14 days of support

Revisions must be requested within your support period. After the support period expires, additional revisions may be available for an additional fee. Revisions are limited to modifications based on your feedback and do not include complete rewrites or changes to the scope of work.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your original resume and any content you provide to us. By submitting your resume and information, you grant us a license to use, modify, and work with your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.

7.2 Our Work Product

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work product we create for your personal career advancement purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our work product as a template or service
• Claim authorship of our work
• Use our work product for commercial purposes beyond your own job applications

7.3 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RazorCV and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Accuracy and Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality services and accurate information, we cannot guarantee:

• That you will receive job offers or interviews as a result of using our Service
• That your resume will pass all ATS systems or be selected by all employers
• Specific outcomes or results from your job applications
• That all information in your resume is factually accurate (you are responsible for verifying all information)

We guarantee that we will provide professional, high-quality resume review and writing services according to industry best practices and your service plan specifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RazorCV and its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Service
• Any damages resulting from job application outcomes or hiring decisions

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RazorCV and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any inaccurate or false information you provide to us

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Any conduct that we believe is harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our Service, please contact us first at contact@razorcv.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RazorCV operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RazorCV regarding the use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
